thx @greenest_pig for the picture

Cursor jumps back to the original position if you go slightly off center. Instead, it should land at the closest valid position

Twitter's non-native cursor enhances my user experience like crazy.

Like I'm going crazy.

Compare cursor travel time from Start button to apps shortctuts. Left: Windows 10, right: Windows 11

Hey Apple! Some of us still move mouse cursor up and down from time to time, you know? Not everything is touch yet. On-hover menus are very bad idea

Another case "please don't move UI" (see grumpy.website/post/0QK3rrd3R). This time it's even worse: Mailchimp shows me an example, but doesn't allow to copy it! It just disappears under my cursor.

Try not to make placeholder text the same color as your main text.

Also, maybe hide placeholder when cursor is inside? Otherwise it looks like placeholder text is in my way of typing.

It might come as a surprise, but people don’t interact with controls they can’t see.

The fact that you don’t show cursor in a text field doesn’t help either.

If you move your cursor slow enough, it will fall into the gap between sound icon and volume slider and slider will disappear. Don’t be slow!

Thanks Sopel for the video

that moment when you wanted to click Update (big blue button in background) but a popup appeared with a non-undoable action right under your cursor the moment when you click.
